Christina Hall

Chief People Officer

Christina Hall is the Chief People Officer for Instacart and oversees the Company’s Human Resources, Recruiting, Total Rewards, Workplace & Global Security, Culture/Employee Experience and D&I functions. 

Hall joined Instacart in October 2020 and brings with her more than 20 years of experience advancing talent goals at high-performing tech companies. Prior to joining Instacart, Hall served as Chief People Officer at LinkedIn and previously held key human resources roles at Facebook and Intuit. Prior to her leading Human Resources, Christina worked for law firms including Latham & Watkins and Morgan, Lewis and Bockius, with a focus on Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits. 

Hall currently serves as a Board Member of the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Peninsula, serves as an Advisory Board Member for Syndio, and is an advisor and investor in Penny Jar Capital. She is also the executive sponsor of Parents@, which connects and supports parents at Instacart. Hall is a graduate of Stanford University with a Bachelors in Political Science and History and received her Juris Doctor degree from Hastings College of the Law at University of California.
