Victoria Dolan has served on Instacart's Board of Directors since April 2024. She currently serves on the board of Ranpak, a provider of sustainable paper packing materials.

Dolan previously served as CFO of Revlon for nearly five years until September 2022. Prior to joining Revlon, she served in various roles at Colgate-Palmolive from 2011 to 2018, including as Chief Transformation Officer, Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer, and Vice President, Finance and Strategic Planning, European and South Pacific Division. Before joining Colgate-Palmolive, Dolan held multiple management positions with Marriott International and The Coca-Cola Company.

Dolan holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles and an M.B.A. from the Anderson School of Management at the University of California, Los Angeles.
